Medic Under Drone Netting

A field medic crouched under a section of anti-drone netting, aid bag open, tourniquet in hand. Camo netting overhead breaks the silhouette to FPV cameras above. Period: Russo-Ukrainian War, 2022-present.

Anti-drone netting and camo screens over casualty points, vehicle hides, and command nodes are universal across the 2024-25 Ukrainian battlefield. Combined with FPV/EW environment, the medic now works under cover from above as well as from artillery.

Painting tips

  • Uniform: MultiCam or pixeled, dirty.
  • Aid bag: matt earth with red-cross/crescent patch.
  • Gloves: matte black or dark blue nitrile.
  • Netting: faded green-brown with frayed tan edges.
