At Ironshield Miniatures, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

2. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A short reason for the return

Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, you must send the package back to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be undamaged

  • Include all items originally received

  • Be sent in secure packaging

If returned items arrive damaged, used, or incomplete, the refund may be refused.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned package and inspect the items, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically processed as soon as the returned items are inspected, but please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

8. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
